Job Summary : The IT Manager, Analytics, will manage PulteGroup’s Data and Analytics team from the company’s corporate office in Atlanta. We seek a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering successful IT and business outcomes. This role will require cross-collaboration and partnership with team members across multiple states / functions.As the manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Analytics Team, developing the team’s roadmaps, recruiting talent, and directly overseeing the team. This is a “Playing Coach” position, and the successful candidate will be expected to be able to develop analytics solutions and maintain self-service analytics tools, as well as perform project management tasks and facilitate cross-functional collaborative efforts. Primary Job ResponsibilitiesManage work across multiple information systems and projects while overseeing team leadership, engineering, and support staff within the IT department.
