What you'll be doing:
- Act as the ultimate hospitality ambassador, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
- Proactively create a fun, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere across the venue.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, offering recommendations for food, drinks, and activities.
- Encourage participation in games, social experiences, and unique venue offerings.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns quickly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with staff, including servers, bartenders, and event hosts, to maintain a high-energy environment.
- Identify and engage with special celebrations (e.g., birthdays, corporate events) to make them extra memorable.
- Monitor guest flow and help manage peak-time dynamics for an optimal experience.
- Maintain a polished, friendly, and upbeat presence that aligns with Punch Bowl Social’s brand and culture.
The Vibe Host is our frontline ambassador of hospitality, dedicated to ensuring guests fully immerse themselves in the Punch Bowl Social experience. This role is all about elevating the atmosphere, engaging with guests, and making sure everyone is having an amazing time. Whether it’s hyping up a group activity, recommending the perfect cocktail, or creating memorable interactions, the Vibe Host goes above and beyond to make every visit special.
What we’re looking for:
- Outgoing, charismatic personality with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with diverse groups.
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Willingness to work peak hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A natural ability to read the room and anticipate guest needs.
- Team-player mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
