Consignment Store Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your ability to manage inventory effectively and maintain high standards of store presentation will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
• Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Train, develop, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performing work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management.
• Experience in inventory management and control processes.
• Ability to effectively manage shifts and lead a diverse team.
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in retail software systems.
