What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server position at Punderson Manor Lodge?
We are looking for a banquet server to provide table service and hospitality to our banquet guests. They will help set up and serve events held at Punderson Manor from weddings to birthday parties and everything in between!
Wage: $10.60/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Work in the banquet rooms to provide table service and hospitality to our guests
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately with all details and accompaniments
- Professionally represent the hotel and property when interacting with guests from the community and industry organizations
- Ability to work shifts involving set up, cleanup, and tear down procedures
- Learn and maintain proper Health Department standards and codes
- Learn and maintain proper food, bar and wine menu knowledge
- Communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- No experience required- we will train!
- Proper uniform is required and must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position
- May be required to work varying schedules
- Ability to read and write basic English
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently during workday and use stairs frequently
