General Manager will handle overall pet store, focused on managing the entire operation and an emphasis on growing the business by building the right sales team. Handling inbound calls and chats from customers and performing account reviews to enhance customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide a leadership in store and ensure a smooth operation of the store
• Manage several people and continuously motivate staff to grow sales
• Capitalize on all sales opportunities
• Close out sales via telephone and in person.
• Consistently provide a great pre and post customer experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 years of sales experience REQUIRED
• 1 years management REQUIRED
• English & Spanish (preferred, but not required)
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• "Do what it takes" attitude
• Sales Sales Sales
• Must be good with numbers
• Excellent LEADER, Team Builder & Motivator
• Computer skills including basic typing skills, navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
