Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for hard working, animal loving people to join our team! Puppy Counselors are responsible to match the right pet with the right family. Make money selling puppies and building your own paycheck!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide puppy knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
- Assist with inventory management and ordering
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary or pet care industry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary
