As our Academy Coordinator, you will work independently to coordinate all Training Services & the Training Team. This position works directly under the campus managers. This position will oversee all aspects of the Training Team. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality and demonstrate a high level of integrity and work ethic. Maintain client relationships. Collaborate on marketing efforts to promote the Academy and engage leads through every stage of the journey. Work to continually have clear consistent communication with Campus Manager and all departments: Boarding & Daycare, In-Home Services, Reception, Spa, and Training
Requirements:
- Certified Dog Trainer (preferred)
- Maintain a level of EXCELLENT customer service.
- Be comfortable recommending the right product or solution for a client.
- Comfortable and confident with all sizes and breeds of dogs.
- Have a full comprehension of the Training SOP.
- Understand and operate within the Puppy Paws Service Standards.
- Attention to detail and able to take instructions well and a good memory.
- Be teachable and actively growing your knowledge and skills through continued education.
- Creating and maintaining a positive culture and work environment.
- Exhibit cooperation and teamwork with ALL departments.
- Follow and uphold dress code.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with Campus Manager.
- Have a working knowledge of ALL departments and positions.
- Uphold Puppy Paws Core Values.
- Client phone calls & emails & SMS's monitor all forms of client communication to make sure they are being done according to Puppy Paws standards.
- Give tours of the facility.
- Work off-site special events as needed.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Able to preform all the following job duties reliably.
Job Duties:
- Ensure SOP comprehension – communicating with team that SOP's are REQUIRED
- Monitor, maintain and track using a CRM.
- Provide education around services and solutions to clients.
- Maintain cleanliness of Training area according to Puppy Paws Standards.
- Ability to build strong relationships with dogs and clients
- Outgoing, flexible, and eager to grow business
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team
- HR updates for employee issues or concerns, call-ins, tardiness etc.
- Works directly with Facility Manager to address and resolve any escalated client issues.
- Make sure all team members are documenting Pet Notes correctly.
- Manage productivity of team, monitoring time goals & daily flow to ensure productivity.
- Ensure checklists are relevant and the team comprehends and does their assigned checklist.
- Monitor client invoicing for accuracy and report and discrepancies to Facility Manager.
- Monitor scheduling to make sure clients are getting the appropriate service.
- Keep supply list updated for monthly supply purchases.
- Maintain & monitor client inquiries on Basecamp
- Receive and place calls to clients for the purpose of scheduling
- Utilize PetExec computer systems to document and communicate with clients and teammates
- Work from a task list for duties
- Be attentive to the dogs
- Understand and operate within the Puppy Paws Service Standards
