RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the day-to-day conditions of the restaurants regarding maintenance and facilities.
- Manage and oversee our R & M platform to ensure ticket requests are properly entered, following up with both operations and vendors for timely and effect resolutions.
- Assist in properly training ongoing operations on how to properly utilize our R & M platform.
- Track R & M spending ensuring we are paying adequate pricing for the appropriate services. Make the appropriate recommendations on ways to reduce spending and properly care for the equipment.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships with all facilities partners.
- Consistently evaluating all R & M partners to ensure we have the best quality, responsiveness, and pricing possible. Request constant feedback from operations.
- Consistently help expedite repairs and maintenance with timely and concise communication to operations on timelines and status updates.
- Oversee all preventive maintenance, ensuring vendors are completing scope of work and informing the operations of such visits.
- Manage all reoccurring maintenance to ensure the restaurants are kept clean, painted, and well kept up to our ambiance standards.
- Ensure we are consistently in compliance with local municipalities per each discipline.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant facilities management.
- Experience in restaurant operations is a plus.
- Experience working with facilities management (ResQ) platform is a plus.
- Will be required to work from our HQ office 5 days per week, travel to the restaurants will be expected on a necessary basis.
- Will need to be flexible and available to work on off hours to respond to emergency work orders or any time sensitive requests that may arise.
- Bi-lingual in both English & Spanish.
