What We Offer:
- Base Salary: 80,000−100,000 (depending on experience)
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): 150,000−200,000 (with overrides based on team performance)

Your Responsibilities:

- Training & Coaching: Masterfully train and coach sales reps to excel in selling our premium water filtration systems.
- Motivating & Inspiring: Push your team to achieve and exceed sales goals while knowing when to provide support and when to challenge them to grow.
- Performance Management: Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Monitor sales metrics and identify opportunities to optimize performance and drive results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with company leadership to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
