As a Finance Intern, you will play an integral role in supporting our finance department. This internship program will provide you with comprehensive exposure to various aspects of finance, including accounting, pricing, FP&A, and commercial finance. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience while contributing to the success of our organization.
This is a paid full-time, 40 hour per week internship. This position will be based in our Pennsauken, NJ Headquarters.

Internship assignments within the Finance department will include:
- Accounting
- Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Participate in financial statement preparations and analysis
- Collaborate with the accounting team on various ad-hoc projects
- Pricing
- Help analyze pricing strategies to ensure competitive market positioning
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating pricing models and their impact on profitability
- Participate in pricing negotiations and strategy meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing decisions
- Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
- Support the FP&A team in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist in the development of financial models to assess the company’s performance
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Commercial Finance
- Assist in analyzing sales data and customer profitability
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate gross margin and sales variances
- Participate in product line profitability analysis
- Support decision-making processes related to product and market expansion
- Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited program, preferably majoring in Business (Finance, Accounting, Economics or related degree)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-starter with a drive for collaboration, eagerness to learn and commitment to professional growth
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Passion for the Food industry
- Previous work or Internship experience is a plus, preferably within the Food or CPG industry
- Leadership roles in university clubs, volunteer clubs, or other organizations is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old and live within commuting distance from our US Headquarters in Pennsauken, NJ.
