About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Staff UX Designer to join our small team and shape the future of procurement workflow automations. You'll play a crucial role in designing thoughtful, delightful experiences for our AI-powered platform that streamlines procurement processes in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex projects and continuously iterate on our product experience.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct research and testing to better understand customer pain points, find new opportunities to delight, and uncover potential new avenues for growth.
- Partner closely with the founders and the development team to plan and manage day-to-day priorities.
You might be a good fit if you have:
- 5 years of UX design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience designing software in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or related industries.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and great interaction design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with technical team members.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical limitations and possibilities with developers.
- Experience in rapid prototyping and iterative design processes.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their UX implications.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate developer collaboration.
- Previous experience working in rapidly growing startups.
