Job Duties :
- Manage semi-monthly payroll process and ensure accuracy of personnel records in third-party payroll system;
- Maintain adequate controls of timesheet process, stipends, and employee paychecks.
- Provides guidance and leadership for resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits

Education and Experience :
Master's or law degree preferred
talent management, and / or business development experience highly preferred
Salary Description
minimum $45,000.00 / year
