Job Summary

Administrative Assistant for the Executive Leadership

Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for the Executive Leadership.

Prioritize and manage the Executive Leadership’s calendar to optimize time and productivity.

Travel Coordination

Arrange domestic and international travel for the Executive Leadership, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all necessary documents are in order.

Reconcile travel expenses and process reimbursements in a timely manner.

Expense Management

Reconcile credit card purchases and prepare expense reports for the Executive Leadership.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding expense reporting.

Assist with budget tracking and financial record-keeping as needed.

Project Support

Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives led by the Executive Leadership.

Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials.
