Your day will be filled with diverse tasks, from greeting visitors and managing inquiries to coordinating events and maintaining organizational files. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and our community feels supported. This position offers a consistent schedule of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 100% on-site, with a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour. What We're Looking For:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED
- 1 year of experience in an administrative support, customer service, or clerical role
Skills Needed:
- Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions, balance multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify routine problems and implement or recommend solutions
- Proficiency in computer and related software skills, including Word, Outlook, Internet, etc. Typing, drafting, filing, and data entry skills
