Job Description : Job Summary
As a Custodial Supervisor, you will :
- Supervise the shift custodial operations of 25-40 custodians assigned to up to 20 buildings in the Building Services Department.
- Plan, coordinate and schedule custodial activities including the requisition of general custodial supplies, inventory for assigned buildings, and approve and monitor work hours, overtime and flextime.
- Travel among buildings and inspect individual areas for compliance with customer service and department standards, safety procedures, etc.
- Consult with General Manager on status of daily shift activities and advise of problems and / or needs.
- Foster teamwork and staff professional development.
- This position is considered "Essential Personnel" for campus emergencies and is subject to 24-hour callback for emergencies.
Days / Hours : Monday-Thursday, Sunday 10 : 30pm to 7 : 00am
