Education and Experience
Qualified candidates will need:
- High school diploma/GED
- A minimum of four (4) years of secretarial experience
Skills needed:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including composing correspondence
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism in dealing with multiple audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- Analytical individual with ability to identify and determine problems, analyze information and implement solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
