Join a dynamic and collaborative team in the Department of Computer Science, where your expertise will directly contribute to advancing teaching and learning excellence. As an Instructional Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in optimizing instructional quality and supporting both undergraduate and graduate-level education.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Recruiting, training and evaluating undergraduate and graduate Teaching Assistants (TAs)
- Leading the department's Disability Resource Center (DRC) accommodations processes, ensuring all students have equitable access to learning.
- Managing academic integrity investigations for upper-division and graduate courses, working closely with faculty to maintain a high standard of academic honesty.
This role offers a mix of responsibilities in a variety of settings. Whether facilitating large-scale training sessions or offering tailored, one-on-one guidance, no two days will be the same. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students, to ensure the highest standards of instructional quality in the department.
