Job Description : Job Summary

As a Learning and Organizational Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within our organization. You will design, implement and evaluate training programs that align with organizational objectives and enhance employee performance. By utilizing your expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and organizational development, you will contribute to the growth and success of our employees and the overall organization.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Organizational Development : Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps within the organization. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather input and insights regarding training needs. Partner with subject matter experts to gather and verify training content, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns related to training initiatives. Influences others regarding methodology, programming of learning objectives and learning paths for staff. Manage projects or processes which are complex and impact multiple stakeholders. Work to resolve problems and make improvements in processes, systems, or to enhance employee performance. Present program proposals and plans to key stakeholders and leaders.
  • Instructional Design : Develop engaging and effective employee learning materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, virtual sessions, and multimedia presentations. Utilize instructional design methodologies to ensure training content is structured, interactive, and caters to diverse learning styles. High level of familiarity with e-authoring tools such as the Articulate suite of tools.
  • Training and Facilitation : Facilitate employee training sessions and workshops, either in-person or virtually, ensuring an engaging and impactful learning experiences for participants. Adapt delivery methods and content based on the audience, training objectives, and feedback to maximize training effectiveness. Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs. Analyze training data and feedback to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the OE Business analyst in Overseeing the organization's SuccessFactors SAP Employee learning management system, ensuring proper functionality, accessibility, and user support. Work with the OE Business Analyst to manage course catalog, enrollments, and reporting within the LMS
  • Other duties supporting Organizational Effectiveness objectives and goals

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Four or more years of instructional design and training facilitation experience
  • Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training facilitation
  • Familiarity with various learning methodologies, eLearning authoring tools, and multimedia production
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meed deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using learning management systems and other related software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness
