Remediation Technician
Pure Breathing Solutions, Inc., located in Litchfield, Minnesota, is a company specializing in mold remediation, and foundation waterproofing for residential and commercial properties . We are a rapidly growing, specialized company seeking a highly motivated, customer-service oriented individual to fill the role of Remediation/Waterproofing Specialist.
Typical work duties include, but are not limited to:
- Talking with customers and answering questions
- Performing strategic demolition including removing damaged or wet building materials such as carpet pad, baseboard, cabinets, drywall, etc.
- Installation of customized interior waterproofing systems
- Detailed HEPA cleaning and wiping down contaminated surfaces
- Setting up containment, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment
- Coordinate responsibilities and tasks with other technicians on the job site
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment as needed
- Inspect own work and ensure that it is complete, thorough and meets quality standards
- Clean up work area and account for all tools and equipment
Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Have an active driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical certification
- Ability to work Monday through Friday
- Ability to lift 80 lbs.
- Must wear proper personal protective equipment
- Must be able to work in all types of conditions
- Provide documentation regarding their previous employment and references
All successful candidates will also possess:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service
- A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and great work ethic (reliable/on-time)

This position is full-time with overtime available many weeks. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, 6:30am – 4:30pm, but may require flexibility depending on our customer’s needs. Some commercial projects may require short-term, overnight travel.
