Pure Cycle continues to diversify its operations, grow its balance sheet, and drive recurring revenues. We operate in three distinct business segments, each of which complement one another. At our core we are an innovative and vertically integrated wholesale water and wastewater service provider. In 2017 we launched our land development segment which develops master planned communities on land we own and to which we provide water and wastewater services. In 2021, we launched our newest line of business, the rental of single-family homes located at Sky Ranch, which provides long-term recurring revenues, furthers our land development operations, and adds more customers to our water resource segment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Management:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth functioning office environment.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and lunch arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and office supplies procurement.
- Manage organization of office conference room and common areas.
- Maintain office needs such as supplies, groceries, mailing/shipping needs
- Manage and sit at reception, fielding incoming calls and maintaining office needs.
- Coordinate calendars, prepare documents for meetings, and make lunch arrangements.
- Oversee vendor management (including research and selection) as well as office equipment, maintenance, troubleshooting and contracts.
- Assist with planning firm events and investor annual meetings.
Basic Bookkeeping:
- Manage record keeping and scanning.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist as needed to backfill accounting staff.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new employees.
- Support HR functions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with teams across the company to coordinate activities and ensure effective communication.
- Provide administrative support to various team members as needed.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
- 2 years of related experience
- High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with basic computer software.
- Ability to travel locally as needed in a reliable transportation.
- Ability to interact closely with clients, staff and others with a high level of professionalism
- Experience facilitating and supporting virtual events using Teams/Zoom room systems or similar.
- Willingness to analyze administrative processes and suggest improvements or efficiencies.
- Experience in handling a wide range of support-related tasks
- High level of attention to detail
- Office Administration and Front Office skills
- Customer Service experience is preferred
- Current Colorado Driver’s license
- The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check prior to employment.
