- Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling procedures.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Use salon software to manage appointments and customer profiles, enhancing service delivery and follow-up communications.
- Exhibit strong time management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively during busy periods.
Requirements
- Proven experience in beauty cosmetics sales or retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
