We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Spa Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional service while managing various administrative tasks such as scheduling. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Duties*
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and effective communication.
- Schedule phone and in person appointments.
- Coordinate technician schedule and assignments.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about our services or products.
- Process transactions using the cash register and assist with basic math calculations as needed.
- Support upselling efforts to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain an organized reception area and clean spa environment.
- Stock and manage inventory supplies, including PAR levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Laundering of linens and towels.
- Maintain restroom stock and cleanliness.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
*Skills*
- Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing, Vagaro experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register operations accurately.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing customer interaction capabilities.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, facilitating better communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
