- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule clients
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and office

Requirements:
