Responsibilities:
- Schedule client appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Coordinate with other receptionists to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize wait times.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clients records in the scheduling system.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Manage incoming calls and scheduling appointments for all employees.
Skills:
- Experience in administrative support.
- Proficiency in front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
