Responsibilities
- Assist stylists with various tasks, including preparing clients for services and ensuring they have a comfortable experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling retail sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, ensuring all tools and stations are sanitized and ready for use.
- Support in upselling products and services to clients, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
- Provide assistance with blowdry, toning, mixing color hair styling as needed.
- Help with inventory management and store management tasks as required.
Experience
- You must have your cosmetology license or getting your license.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, retail sales, or customer service roles is advantageous.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere are essential.
