Job Duties
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Responsible for maintaining the applicant tracking system.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Provides guidance to those interviewing to ensure compliance.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance related to interviewing and hiring.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Assist HR team members in supporting other requests and needs of the business.

- Experience: Prior recruiting experience required. Prior experience working within Human Resources preferred.
- Bilingual skills in reading, writing and speaking English and Spanish required.
- Must be proficient in MS Office.
- Prior experience with recruiting applicant tracking systems and job posting websites preferred
- This position works in an office environment most of the day. Will visit manufacturing environments to see open positions and meet with hiring teams in the facility.
