As the receptionist/concierge for our busy health spa, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, do laundry, switch over treatment rooms, get guests tea and clean, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, canva skill and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at the salon
- Reminder calls
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
- Switch over sauna room
- Stock inventory and enter into system
- Social media posts
- Cleaning throughout day
- Stocking supplies
- Laundry and room turnover
- Deep cleaning Computer systems
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Able to not have cell phone while on the job
- Wednesdays 10-4 with opportunity to grow
