This role is crucial in ensuring that organizational changes are implemented effectively and sustainably, aligning with our strategic vision and goals. As a Sr. Communications & Change Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Customer Experience departments' change initiatives. Your expertise in change management processes, coupled with your exceptional communications skills, will be key in guiding teams through transitions, minimizing resistance, and maximizing engagement. This role will report into the Performance, Education, and Knowledge (PEAK) Team as part of the global Customer Experience organization comprising Technical Services, Professional Services, PEAK, Portfolio, and Customer Success. Some key responsibilities include : Lead the development and execution of the change management strategy, including conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and planning and implementing change communications.Drive execution of change management plans effectively, including facilitating sessions as needed to understand change impact, adoption, and where to pivot.Work with Customer Experience project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and actionable updates for key stakeholders, ensuring that information is easily digestible and aligned with business goals.Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, collecting and analyzing feedback to make adjustments as necessary.Facilitate communication and information flow within PEAK’s Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and other communication vehicles.Create and maintain a communication & change management calendar / roadmap to provide cross-functional visibility to the planned rollout schedule.Exceptional communication skills are critical in this role. You must be able to clearly articulate the vision, goals, and details of change initiatives to a variety of audiences, from senior executives to front-line employees.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging employees to be proactive in identifying opportunities for change.Serve as a coach and mentor to leaders and teams throughout the change process, providing support and guidance to overcome resistance and build change competence.Effectively manage risk, partnering with colleagues to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, appropriate communication occurs, and plans are intelligently adjusted to reflect necessary fluctuations in goals and requirements.Ability to present information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding while expertly engaging cross-functionally as required.Create and maintain a change management champion network to effectively drive adoption of solutions.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...BS degree or equivalent practical experience.Change Management trained and certified.PMP strongly preferred or equivalent experience.Minimum 5-8 years experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Possess a comprehensive understanding of various project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma.Experience driving, supporting, and implementing an entire organization’s operations and driving outcomes aligned to the goals and objectives.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Ability to translate complex technical and business problems into easy to understand communications and presentations.Superb facilitation skills to effectively communicate and command audiences.Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the {{OFFICE_LOCATION}} office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.The annual base salary range is : $100,000.00 – $218,000.00Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
