Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Pure Water Systems of NV Team! The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, reliability, multitasking ability, and a passion for providing outstanding service to our customers. This role involves interacting with customers through various channels, scheduling services, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate product, service, and scheduling information to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Proactively complete outbound calls to schedule services and upsell to existing customers
- Accurately process credit transactions via phone
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer service issues effectively.
- All other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan preferred
- Dispatching and/or scheduling experience preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or office environment is required
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling services.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to provide exemplary customer service to both new and existing customers
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities is essential.
- Cash handling experience
- Forklift experience preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
