Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our daily transactions and monthly automated transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Quickbooks Desktop, Excel, and cloud based softwares. This role requires the ability to perform various accounting functions including journal entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and customer support.
Duties
- Review every transaction to ensure accuracy, correct payment, and top notch customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Perform journal entries and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Conduct automatic transaction and bank reconciliations and account analysis to maintain financial integrity.
- Compile and automate daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
- Compile and process payroll.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role in public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Experience with payroll processing.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills and focus for account analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
