Pure Water Systems has an immediate opening for a customer service and scheduling coordinator. We are an established water treatment company located in Pocono Lake, PA. We are seeking to hire an individual that enjoys working with a team within a small office and delivering professional and quality service to our customers.
This full- time position would be ideal for a customer oriented, energetic, and self motivated individual. Canidate needs a knowledge of Quick Books, a background in customer service, and must have a high degree of accuracy with an attention to detail.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Answering/screening telephone calls.
- Scheduling service and sales appointments.
- Greet occasional customer and vendor walk-ins.
- Create work orders for technicians and sales visits.
- Monitor and address email communications.
- Create invoices and process payments.
Recommended skills include:

Compensation is $16 to $20.00 per hour based on skills and experience.
