Position Overview: The Office Manager is a crucial member of our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring a productive, efficient, and positive work environment. This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating administrative tasks, overseeing scheduling, and providing support to staff and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure the office environment is efficient and organized.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and appearance
  • Coordinate staffing scheduling
  • Handle office communication, including answering phones, and emails
  • Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Manage office-related budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and budget adherence.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Support leadership with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist with organizing and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system for office records, documents, and communications.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Multitasking Abilities: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Customer Service Orientation: A customer-focused attitude and the ability to resolve issues efficiently, providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Team Player: Works well with others, fostering collaboration and maintaining a positive office atmosphere.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), office management software, and basic office equipment.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and policies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education/Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 3 years of experience in office management or administrative support.
  • Experience with office software, scheduling tools, and basic office management.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
