Secretary/Work from Home Call Representative
Summary Description:
This position is for someone interested in working from home. Candidate is responsible for providing excellent customer service for a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and emails. The Call Representative will resolve a variety of customer inquiries such as scheduling service appointments as well as resolve and direct customer inquiries and concerns to the appropriate department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service during inbound and outbound phone calls
- Evaluate customer situations and needs while setting up service calls and other appointments to set the stage before a technician arrives at their home
- Field general customer inquiries, answer questions, troubleshoot minor problems and resolve concerns
- Provide initial contact to web form clients via email and phone
- Demonstrate positive & cooperative behavior with customers and coworkers
- Provide timely feedback to company regarding issues or client concerns
- Must be “clocked in” and ready to start responding to calls, messages and emails, as scheduled
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and policies
- Answer customer's questions
- All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by supervisor/manager
- Essential Skills and Experience:
- Service titan experience a huge benefit
- Excellent verbal communication skills fluently in the English language
- One year of experience with customer service (preferred)
- Ability to think quickly, as well as anticipate & solve problems effectively
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to assist multiple customers at a time
- Complete paperwork as necessary
- Ability to communicate concisely, yet persuasively
- High School Diploma or GED
Position Hours and Compensation:
Full-Time: Work from home. 40 Hours of work from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday.
There will be a 90-day probationary period in which management will decide if potential employee is a good permanent fit. After 3 months, employee may be eligible for Medical Benefits. Salary will depend on experience and offer a discretionary bonus based on performance.
