About the Position :
In the Field Controls Engineer role, you will support the Florida Technical Support Center (TSC) in resolving system issues, conduct controls-related services at customer sites, prepare equipment for installation, perform water system startup, and complete critical project documents. Your primary job responsibilities include the following :
- Troubleshoot system issues with TSC personnel
- Conduct controls related repair, maintenance, or calibration services at customer sites
- Maintain a working knowledge of the instrumentation used across systems
- Provide project documentation relating to instrumentation and controls components, as applicable
- Develop well documented, user-friendly PLC and HMI programs using current programming software from Rockwell Automation and Siemens
- Execute special projects and other duties, as assigned
- Manage time and workload to meet Company needs
