As a Grain Plant Operator, you'll be responsible for monitoring and operating plant equipment, controlling product flow to ensure peak performance, and taking immediate corrective action for any problems that arise. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on various tasks such as receiving raw material loads into the facility, operating packaging equipment, and performing quality checks throughout the process.
You'll also assist with plant preventive maintenance and repairs, keeping the plant clean and neat, and working safely at heightened platforms on occasion.
