Description
PURIS is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team and lead the way in producing high quality, USA-made plant proteins. As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will use your in-depth technical and process knowledge of our pea protein, starch, and fiber manufacturing processes to optimize process capabilities, implement and monitor critical process control variables on new and current capital investments. You will also drive progress within new and existing processes increase capacity, improve product quality, reduce costs, bring new products to market, and ensure food and people safety.
In this role, you will work cross functionally with all departments while supporting all SQF, GMP, and product safety guidelines and procedures. Our Process Engineers play a leading role with the Management Team in the development and implementation of the PURIS Continuous Improvement Program.
Pay Rate / Range : $72,000-$88,000
Bonus Eligible : Yes
- The salary for this role will be based on qualifications, experience, market data, and internal equity. Actual pay may vary due to factors such as location, skills, education, and performance, and excludes bonuses or other compensation. Pay is determined transparently, using market benchmarks and ensuring internal equity.
