Job Summary: The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for enhancing an organization's processes, systems, and procedures to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall effectiveness. This role is crucial for staying competitive and achieving long-term success by continuously improving operations and performance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analyzing Processes: Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Developing Strategies: Create and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Monitoring Performance: Track and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating: Work with various departments to ensure alignment and support for improvement projects.
- Leading Projects: Manage and lead continuous improvement projects using industry tools such as Six Sigma and DMAIC
- Training and Mentoring: Guide and train staff on new processes and best practices with focus on Lean manufacturing principals.
- Drive Culture: Promote and support a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Address issues and complaints related to business processes.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify weak points in processes and develop effective solutions.
- Leadership: Confidence in leading organizational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, process management, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.
- Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, or similar.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to use fingers to grasp, move, or assemble very small objects.
