Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is essential in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with our organizational goals. Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Oversee employee performance management, including training development and career progression planning.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and employees, addressing any concerns or grievances.
- Organize events such as training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Manage office operations, including budgeting, calendar management, and front desk responsibilities.
- The ADP will be available to provide support with all company documents, employee handbooks, and related materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong administrative skills with experience in office management.
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in event planning and calendar management.
- Ability to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have a vehicle to commute.
