We are looking for a skilled Cannabis Production Coordinator to join our team at PurLife's Uxbridge, MA grow facility.
This individual will play a key role in supporting our cannabis production and must be experienced in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the tracking and collection of performance data for 100 distinct varieties.
- Assist the production team in planning the management of production varieties to ensure consistency while maintaining all varieties.
- Support the introduction and scale-up of new varieties.
- Analyze results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other cultivation leads and associates on climate, irrigation, growing techniques, labor savings, and production trials.
- Monitor harvest operations and ensure accurate and efficient data collection.
Requirements:
- Valid photo ID required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and pass a comprehensive state and federal background check.
- Reliable transportation necessary.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an MTC Agent Card.
- Basic math skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with greenhouse operations and equipment.
