At PurLife, we are seeking a skilled Genetics and Plant Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation department, you will be responsible for tracking the progression of 100 distinct cannabis varieties throughout the growth cycle.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines, and must be results-driven with an emphasis on detail. Key responsibilities include:
- Tracking and recording performance data for various plant strains
- Validating metrics and conducting analysis to inform production decisions
- Assisting the production team in planning and managing production varieties to ensure consistency and variety
To succeed in this role, you must have basic mathematical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures and employee policies. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a greenhouse environment for extended periods.
