The Lead Technician role at PuroClean is for experienced leaders who can navigate and properly document the complexities of the Emergency Services industry. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Travel to the subject property to inspect the damage with the customer.
  • Scope and document the job site in accordance with industry standards.
  • Seek appropriate approvals to begin work from carriers and management.
  • Ensure that you and your team execute the scope of work with empathy and respect for the property and its occupants.
  • Certify all daily records ensuring ease of billing to avoid prolonging the project.
  • Coordinate with the reconstruction department on timing their participation.
  • Ensure a service level which encourages a 5-star online review on every project.

Working Conditions

  • Normal working hours are 7:30am to 5pm. Overtime may be required.
  • After-hours on-call rotation participation is mandatory.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and control objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, squat, crawl, or crouch for extended periods.
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to heat and cold in various environmental scenarios.
  • OSHA required PPE and job hazard assessments (JHA) to keep you safe.
  • Respirators must be able to seal to your face.
  • Attend work only in your provided PuroClean approved uniform.
  • Non-smoking work environment while on duty or in uniform.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in mitigation/restoration preferred for this position.
  • Must possess a clean and valid driver’s license.
  • Must own reliable personal transportation for commuting to work.
  • Ability to pass both a background check and drug test.
  • Must speak English. (Any additional languages are a plus.)
  • IICRC certification in ASD preferred. (Candidates with advanced certifications in addition to basic WRT will be considered with relevant experience.)
  • Proficiency with Xactware and/or CoreLogic software strongly preferred. (Xactimate, Symbility/Mobile Claims, MICA/Mitigate)
  • Must pass a medical screening to certify fitness to wear a respirator.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive demeanor throughout the day.

Pay varies widely based upon experience and skills at the time of application. The earning potential for this position ranges from $40,000 to $70,000.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
