Job Position Description :
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage and complete jobs according to The PuroClean Way. Strive to meet all customer needs in a kind and sympathetic way. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as needed. Set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate job requirements, complete job documentation, perform and supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site. Monitor all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met. Perform sales activities using our Customer Service Packet as a guide. Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers. Ensure job documentation is completed timely and accurately. Maintain production costs at the established rate. Ensure timely communication with the other job participants such as the Coordinator, Project Manager, and the customers you serve.
