- Assist with Restoration Tasks: Water extraction, demolition for severely damaged areas, initial cleaning for fire/smoke jobs.
- Job Documentation: Learn to use moisture meters, record daily progress, and upload notes to project files.
- Mentor & Collaborate: Help orient brand-new hires and get direction from Mid-Level or Lead Techs.
- Some Experience or Background in labor, construction, or cleaning is a plus, but we train you if you’re motivated.
- Physical Fitness: Lift/carry 50 lbs, work in tight or damp areas safely.
- Willingness to Learn: Strong interest in earning IICRC or other industry certs.
- Team Mindset: Good communication, respect for peers, readiness to help.
