Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Job Sites: Assign tasks to Apprentice/Mid-Level Techs, enforce safety protocols, track daily progress.
• Quality Control: Oversee drying procedures, verify thorough cleanup, coordinate with Project Managers as needed.
• Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate logs, handle minor estimates, flag major scope changes.
• Mentoring: Provide day-to-day coaching to build a cohesive, skilled crew.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 IICRC Certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD, AMRT preferred).
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience in restoration or a related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
