At PuroClean of Central Orange , we pride ourselves on top-quality restoration services and a team-first mentality . As a Lead Technician , youll supervise a small crew, ensure site safety and efficiency, and mentor up-and-coming techs.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Job Sites : Assign tasks to Apprentice / Mid-Level Techs, enforce safety protocols, track daily progress.
  • Quality Control : Oversee drying procedures, verify thorough cleanup, coordinate with Project Managers as needed.
  • Documentation & Reporting : Keep accurate logs, handle minor estimates, flag major scope changes.
  • Mentoring : Provide day-to-day coaching to build a cohesive, skilled crew.

    • Qualifications

  • 35 IICRC Certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD, AMRT preferred).
  • Previous leadership / supervisory experience in restoration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexible schedule for occasional on-call or weekend work.
