Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in navigating the product offerings.
- Educate customers on various cannabis strains, products, and their effects.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist with product demonstrations and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and organizing products.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the dispensary environment.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Experience in retail sales, including understanding retail math concepts.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and willingness to learn about new offerings.
