- Schedule 8-5 : 30 M-F (have been flexible with 4x10hr shifts. Last Appt. ends at 4 : 40p
- EMR : NextGen
- NO Call
- Ea. visit 30 minutes Avg. -Annual Wellness visits 1hr 12-15 patients a day / Complex patients seen 6-8x’s a year
- Patient Demographic : Mostly Seniors. Some Peds.
- Independent Primary care center not affiliated with the hospital
- Uses With Anthem PicassoMD for referrals
- Partner w / LabCorp
- Urgent Care Center next door
- Pay Range : $230-$250k Base 10% Bonus
- Full benefits, Free Urgent Care, 401k, 1wk. CME 4wks. PTO 6 paid holidays Requirements :
- MD / DO
- Clear / Active Medical License in state of practice
- Active DEA license
- Board certified in FM or IM
- Clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or ambulatory care setting
Salary : $230,000 - $250,000
