Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Trade Show Exhibits Project Manager with a strong background in U.S. trade show exhibit companies or convention expos. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage the full lifecycle of trade show projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of trade show exhibit projects, including design, production, logistics, setup, and teardown.
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget execution.
Work closely with designers, fabricators, and logistics teams to ensure exhibit quality and functionality.
Coordinate on-site installations, ensuring all components meet the client's expectations and trade show regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise before, during, or after the event.
Maintain strong relationships with industry partners, trade show organizers, and venue contacts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working for a U.S. trade show exhibit company or expo/convention, managing full-scale projects.
Strong understanding of trade show logistics, exhibit production, and event coordination.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Willingness to travel to trade show sites as needed
