About Us:
Hundreds of Thousands of people each year suffer from prescription drug side effects and defective devices from pharma companies that withhold information from the public and from physicians, ultimately leaving people with severe near-death injuries and even some people losing their loved ones. We are here to make people aware of their potential compensation rights and help them to obtain representation with the mass lawsuits against specific pharma companies.
What You’ll Earn:
This role includes a base pay of $20/hr plus $50-$100 commission per billable deal.
What You’ll Do:
- Inbound Calls/Transfers, Google, and Facebook Leads: You’ll work exclusively with clients who actively reach out to us for assistance. No cold-calling or outbound sales required.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM PST
- In-Office Position: This role is based at our main office in Irvine. It is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the intake process using a consultative, empathetic approach.
- Educate clients on legal services and options available based on their needs.
- Manage your personal lead pipeline for consistent follow-ups, organized workflows, and maximum conversions.
- Update lead files meticulously, adhering to all company policies and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of call center sales experience (required).
- Skills: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), collaborative attitude, and proficiency in CRM and phone systems.
- Attitude: We seek coachable, reliable, and professional individuals with great time management and consultative sales abilities.
- Technology Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and CRM systems (such as Salesforce) is preferred.
