Job Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT asset management
Experience in building an asset management program from scratch
3 years of handson experience with ServiceNow specifically with CMDB
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and asset lifecycle management
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in data management with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in SQL or other database querying languages (preferred)
Excellent presentation skills
Superior problemsolving ability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in a collaborative team environment and delegating responsibilities
Ability to manage changing priorities and ambiguity while remaining calm and controlled
Positive attitude and initiative
Goaldriven and resourceful
Certificates (Bonus but not required) :
ITIL v3 / v4 Foundation certification
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
